1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wild East Adventure website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fee.
• Cancellations 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 15 days before: no refund.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

5. Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the activity they have booked. Wild East Adventure reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for safety reasons.

6. Liability

Wild East Adventure takes all reasonable precautions for your safety. However, adventure activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Wild East Adventure and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
